1/12/21 Julie: still selling possibly next year now as her daughter is moving in to the house in the interim as they cant find a place to rent.

21/10 Janet: Still nothing to report on this one. This is their holiday unit & they haven't been able to come here due to Covid
9/8/21 Janett: I have appraised the villa with a drive-by as Julie is in Sydney & this is their holiday property. Appraised at $440 to $480. Julie is thinking about up-sizing into a home for their extended family when they come on holidays. Thanks
