Contacted Lionel Sweeny- Robyn
Informed they are tidying, painting and fixing the property to present to the market

The property should be ready end of September

Once they have completed, they are going to call me to get the ball rolling

I will prepare documents for signing

Once this has happened will present the property on internet so can go viral and get sold ASAP

There is some interest for country properties which will be a plus

I will touch base with you once all signed up

12/8 Merle has not been able to get there after 4.30pm this week will try for next week to appraise.
10/8 I have spoken to Robyn from Polaris Realty.She said she will get back to me today so we shall see what happens.
