21/01/22 sent email with an additional note in response to her sms reply
21/01/22 rang and no answer so sent her an sms asking her to call me back
20/01/22 left vm for Julie to return my call re invoice
06/01/22 spoke with Julie and she is going to go through her call log to see when the client contacted her at Realmark. Vicki has authorized a one off 10% to make sure we get paid.
