6/9 Spoke to Neil Ross he said does not think there is an intent to sell put them in touch with a valuer has not heard anything since.
19/8 Neil Ross: Last I knew they were chasing a registered Valuation
17/8/21 AS emails sent to both agents see response/ Secretary said both agents appraised and sent to Rick making decision.
