15/9/23- Heather (vendor) : Sorry I've not responded early, travelling home gets hard and hard. Yes, Peter was the only one.
11/9/23 Heather (vendor) : This silly Duplex just won't sell, it is old and doesn't look much at all but the return is excellent.
I have had another agent contact me and I am going to do two agents, the original and this new one so hope it sells soon.
I am coming up to retirement in another year or so and that is why I just want to get rid off it so I have no stress in my retirement.
