I have had a lot of contact with the client here, he seems uncertain as to whether he wants to sell. Cooling a little...but its been crazy
He has been watching our Auctions online etc and I have kept him updated.

13/9/21 ** Both agents were great gave him price he thought without prompting, has not decided if he will sell yet still contemplating.
