30/08/2021 - Trent: A little disappointing…After leaving 6 messages via phone/email, Anita text me on Sunday to let me know she was listing with a friend of the family.
Apart from the 1st day I called her, she just wouldn’t respond to any message for over a month.

18/08/2021 - Trent: Anita was following up with the managing agent as it looks like the tenant had signed a 12 month lease which she wasn't aware of. I left a message yesterday, ill follow up again today
