I had a phone call from Michael at the start but nothing has come of it. I have asked for appraisal (drive by) at this stage as I have a tenant in, and also costs to sell the property, to be emailed to me but I have not seen anything yet. We are heading up to Townsville early September to organise and sign off, (we live on the Sunshine Coast) so want to make a decision by then.
