JAMES - I have spoken with Paul and provided a desktop valuation however I haven’t been able to physically inspect the property as there is a tenant occupying it and apparently that is making life a little challenging.My initial appraisal was on the conservative side of things which I have made Paul aware of and I have encouraged him to let me physically get through when convenient.
If you speak with him, please assure him that I was conservative in my desktop appraisal which I would certainly revise once physically viewing the property.
vendor - Yes both did - James is still in contact but i dont think we will proceed. Andrew did and then stopped.
