12/08/2021 - Amanda: Confirmed we can do this one at 15% incl. GST as lot of competition from outside agents
12/08/2021 - Amanda: Booked appraisal for next Thursday He has 3 other agents coming out that have not come through you, so they may be able to offer cheaper commission as they are not paying you guys - we will see
