12/1 Nick asked if we can follow up here, said there is drama in this house when he went to appraise he was asked to pretend to be a builder as fortini did not want it to be known she was getting appraisal from agent.
9/9 CLIENT: Yes they have contacted me. No appraisals yet as I'm not ready. Did tell them I would call when the time was right.
