2/12 SAM: clients are staying put for now Avoca prices have sky rocketed and they cant find something affordable still looking, Sam got on well, went thru house, will keep in touch.

4/11 Antonio has not heard back from client she may keep and sell after kids finish school
15/10 App booked emails sent to agents to see if they have met up and given appraisals??
SAM: Yes I have made contact and Sarah has been in lockdown up North for the last 3 months. We are in contact and hope to be able to help the family soon. They would prefer to buy up nOrth and if they find a property that suits them they will be going to market to sell. I will let you know if we are successful in listing soon.

Both have been in touch. Antonio took quite a while, (didn’t call on 2 occasions he said he would) but was great on the phone when we managed to speak.



I’m not sure if a sale now is going to be a good idea given the current restrictions and sentiment in the market, but we are looking into an appraisal.
