06/09/2021 George Allen The Property Exchange: the appraisal at 64C Salvado Road went very well. Hetal is very open to doing maintenance work to help the presentation, however at this point she needs time to start packing everything up in the property to vacate. The time frame we would be looking at before launching onto the market is up to 3 months.
