Property located in the Claremont grandstand 1 bedroom apartment. Vendor is overseas atm and is looking to sell.
Notes from the Vendor: happy to sell but in no rush. We thought maybe spring may be the best time, and we are happy to be in touch so we can start to decide who to list with.
There are a few questions that we have to ask;
What is the commission that you expect/hope to receive?
Can you please advise the appropriate/expected price point that we may expect for the sale of the apartment?
What is the marketing plan, as in will it be advertised in Domain, Real Estate.com, how many inspections s do you think will be require?
