SARAH - LLISTED - OFF MARKET - I did a virtual appraisal with Lorraine today. It went well.We have agreed on an off market scenario until the end of the year. If nothing happens at the price point she is after, we will move to a campaign in Feb 2022.
Sarah - had a good chat with Lorraine, she is so lovely. We have scheduled a Face Time call together on Thursday at 3pm so she can show me her apartment and I will give her a desktop appraisal. She really wants to know the value as she wants to buy on the Gold Coast. I'll keep you informed. Thank you for thinking of me, much appreciated.
