23/08/2021 - Rose: Just touching base to advise that I have emailed Tony the following appraisal letter and followed up with a phone call today and unfortunately I was not able to contact him, I have left a text message and a voicemail. Can you kindly please give him a follow up call, as he was very keen to proceed with the sale and advised he will touch base with myself today (Monday).

19/08/2021 - Rose: Contacted potential vendor Tony, happy with the initial contact advised happy to proceed with the sale of his property, awaiting agents fees and advertising schedule.

As per my call the above property is managed by us and we have already provided a market appraisal for this property. Therefore, we won't be paying a referral fee should we list it.
