Paul: no joy at this stage, they are considering some options and will make some decisions later in the year.

Joshua: Haven’t been able to reach Harry for a little while now. So not much of an update at this stage. Last we spoke, they were thinking late this year/early next year
Jasmyn: I've been keeping on top of him but they aren't ready...He did say he would let me know. I have another house coming up for sale in the street so will call him about this soon
1/09/2021 - Joshua AP: conducted appraisal - few months away
25/08/2021 - Harry: Yes,we have had all 3 agents come through and have had good conversations with them all. Questions were asked and answered. We will be having a think about our next step forward and when. Appreciate the talk we had as well.
