19/05/520223 - UD to Rose: Last we spoke was a few months ago when I sold 13 Research Drive, Mill Park $1,476,000 which is literally in the next street and the vendor advised that they will not be selling until the end of this year, worth a follow up though. Please keep me updated.
15/11/2022 - Rose: in touch - looking at around 03/2023 (they are both Macedonian and also connected on Facebook)  - small world - one her friends is married or something like that
22/02/2022 - Rose: Spoke with Danijela advised waiting on her apartments interstate to be completed and looking at selling at the end of the year around September.
10/09/2021 - Rose: Not looking at selling for another few months, getting the property ready for sale, will advise accordingly.
27/08/2021 - Rose: emailed appraisal letter, considering at selling after lockdown ends, advised happy with the appraisal letter.
