Cathy: house is leased through Lj hooker warners bay and she has decided to sell it with them which will be interesting as I cant see how an agent is going to travel an hour from warners bay to north rothbury to sell one home !
Chris: We spoke with Annika last week and she had already organised three agents to go out to the property so didn’t need us to go out. We asked if she would like a second opinion for an appraisal, but she advised not at this stage.
