13/09/2021 - Luke: Great news, I have now listed the above apartment for sale.
8/09/2021 - Nicole: I have provided Steven with all the info he requires last week via email and followed up this morning. He seems a little uninterested in making decisions at the moment….I will let you know what he decides.
2/09/2021 - Nicole: I have valued early to mid-$600’s and suggested styling to elevate buyer interest and price. He has asked for a marketing proposal which I have forwarded.
