Currently it is rented out with tenancy expiring mid Sep 21, and thereafter, on month-to-month rental. Once sold, I need to provide 60 days notification + 14 days for tenant to vacate.

I have received a doc (Intention to Sell) from MICM, the managing agent . Was told that I need to serve notice to tenant, and from my understanding, there is certain protocol and charges which I need to compensate the tenant for inspection. However, I was told by a marketing agent from MICM that this is a problem during lockdown as the tenant can refuse inspection. His advice is to market a vacant unit, invest in staging with furniture, spend couple of thousand on website, collateral etc....I don't really buy his idea, as having to spend that kind of money and forgoing rental collection, without a sheer guarantee of selling the unit is certainly not doable. Perhaps your agent could provide professional advice.
