Investment property owners are in BNE and want to sell, Rental - vacant from 2.9.21they have been in there for last 13 years. Owners live in Brisbane and are keen to have a reliable real estate agent who can tell them what they need to do to the property to sell it in a good time frame. At this stage they have no idea what state the house is in. Tenants are not answering their phone calls!

06/10/2021 - Hi Vicki, I spoke to Oonah recently and she said they are still waiting for insurance to see what they can claim. They have tidied the gardens but will let us know when they decide what they are doing. They have given us keys, so I am sure they will give us the listing when they are ready to list. 10/09/2021 - Pam : Hi Vicki Marie met with Oonagh's husband yesterday and she has given him some options, either sell as is for lower or we fix up and sell for more. She has spoken to a buyer who may take it as is, so is going to follow up with him today to see if they want to list the property. Will let you know how we go.
08/09/2021 - Pam : Hi Vicki I spoke with Oonagh yesterday and she said the tenant has done a runner so she was waiting for insurance assessor. She said her husband was coming into town tomorrow afternoon so have arranged for Marie who works with me to meet him to see how we can assist to get it ready for market (I am on the Sunshine coast until Tuesday) She was happy with that arrangement as I told her we have access to lots of tradespeople through our property management services. Will update you once we know more.
