20/9/21 She thinks Wayne is a long way away from listing could be waste of time, needs to get a permit for a shed first on another piece of land b4 he sells this one said to Lois prob a year away...... she will keep in touch
3/9 Spoke to Wayne he spoke with both agents now waiting until they can come out and legally give him an appraisal, he said he has Julie Benaim hassling him that she has buyers but he wants to give the two agents a chance.
