port lincoln re - Exclusive until 2 mths. - So to begin with, we have an agent from Port Lincoln Real Estate named Bronte. We have already paid $1300 for pictures and a listing. We had told him we wouldn't go any less than $250,000 for the sale price. He told us verbally "As is" the house is worth $260,000.
The part we missed in the Sales Agreement was that he actually put the house at an estimate of $240,000, and within a week of the house being put up online we had an offer of 240k with no chance of coming up in price.
So needless to say we're a bit disappointed and not sure what to do which is why I contacted you, just to see our options.
