12/11/2021 - Gery: My apology for the late reply. I was busy engaging the agent recommended below, Metro Realty. Did not manage wait to hear from Morton, Ettlene. Metro was very promising at that time before I signed the agreement.
Eventually, Metro Realty shows that they are facing challenges aligning their initial assessment of my property selling price or their sales and marketing competence to the current market situation, they are quite adverse/negative from the good news about for CBD apartment market surge. I am quite surprised, unconvinced and stuck. They are very confident but getting less participative, communicative and continuously cutting the initial contracted price to as low as possible and even towards my existing tenancy agreement they are trying to persuade for rental reduction. Not sure what they are upto, no update until I ask and most of the time is negative feedbacks and not sure what to do except price reduction.
I hope you would introduce me other agent that I start considering to move on with in case they are still expecting to sell below valuation. I need an agent that can assess/estimate more accurately when and what price and don’t keep me in surprise and making me stuck in between renting out or selling my apartment.
