Update regarding 6/16 North Tce Pt. Elliot Appraisal.
I made contact with the Vendor, Yasmine, on Friday and again on Saturday.
6/9/21 -On Saturday the Vendor advised that she did not want to proceed with the Appraisal, as she had changed her mind regarding putting the property on the market. She may reconsider at some point she told me
I will keep you informed if Yasmine, decides to change her mind at a later date.
