14 SEP PARTIAL PAYMENT RECEIVED - $630 received, invoice was for $693. Looks like he processed the amount without the GST.


SOLD - We at last have a contract on this Unit, it is a “cash” detail, which should settle in 30 days.
The owner is in N.T and getting hold of her has been a problem.
I will let you know when it settles.
