Claire 24/3/23- Gary has decided to buidld on the land himself. I had a great offer at $460,000 but he wanted $480,000 which all buyers thought was too steep so he has decided to keep it and build. Now withdrawn from the market

6/9 CLIENT SAID HE IS NOW SPEAKING TO A NEW BROKER AND IF HE CAN GET A LOAN TO BUILD ON THE LAND HE WILL DO SO INSTEAD OF SELLING.
03/09/21 Agent 2 said that other agents in her office have the lead from OA. She is fighting to get the lead for herself as she prefers dealing with us.
