24/11 Jonathan: Online but not getting inquiries client paid $400k listed for 395 but nothing he will talk to her she will need to reduce price or sell at a loss. vf9/9 Tom Murphy: Spoke with Bianca a couple of days ago and again today. She has signed with Jonathan Crane of Arthur Conias Real Estate who she was also talking with. They don't charge any marketing fees. She has said if she doesn't sell successfully than she will definitely get back to me.
7/9 Vendor has had Jonathan Crane out will come out again wants one more agent to compare.
3/9 It was a different property I thought of.
However I’m not sure we can help with this property I’m sorry.
We have several properties on the market that are one bedrooms and we can’t get them sold so we don’t want to take on any more at this stage.
