15/12/2021 - Hi Vicki Just letting you know that we had no luck with this one. We did open house after open house but she wanted over 450k and unfortunately it was worth high 300's as we sold almost the exact house in the same street for high 300's. They have not terminated their contract with us as said they were not prepared to sell it under 450k. Sorry about that.
6/10/2021 - UPdate Pam: Hi Vicki, Just a quick update, we are struggling with this one. Houses on small blocks in Mackay are difficult to sell, so we have had very little enquiry. We have taken the price off and hoping the phone will ring, but no enquiry and the odd person through the open home. Will let you know if we have any luck. Chat soon

10/09/2021 - Pam: Just letting you know that Marie who works with me is meeting Glennis on Saturday afternoon to do an appraisal for her. I have told her we would give her a reduction in commission to assist her, so fingers crossed. Not an easy street to sell in unfortunately as the blocks are small and Mackay being a country town, everyone wants large blocks! We did sell one in the street last year and currently have one for sale, so if she is happy to meet the market, we can definitely sell it for her. Chat soon.
