10/11 **UPDATE FROM jACQUELINE:Greedy clients, this property has dodgy work to it she has had a few contracts fall due to building and pest, client were going to drop her if this latest sale does not go thru its subject to building and pest she will know in three weeks time, had to reduce her comms to $20k FLAT RATE wanted to let us know she usually charges 3.3 but in this case reduced, hoping the deal goes thru otherwise client will drop her vf ********
