Scott: no news when spoke with her last she had a very complicated set up/relationship with the tenant. I've offers to try and sort out or get a property manager involved but she didn't want to upset the tenant.
3/11/2021 - comment from agent "Could only do a drive by appraisal of this one due to the tenant who is causing her problems unlikey to come on until she can get him out in 2022"1/10/2021 - Scott: Did a drive by appraisal for Carina and sent her all the info, he tenant is a problem and wont be out until next year so I have recommended she wait until then and offered for our property manager to assist in getting him out at the end of his lease. She said she will think about it.
