25/5/22 We did have a good offer but they withdrew when they understood there was a flat above the garage to the property.
As the purchaser is a drummer, that would not have been very good for the tenant/occupant above.
We have been using Domain, but I have written to Rolie today to suggest using REA.
This will get us wider exposure, but he has declined this in the past.
16/3 Sales Agency has now been signed. Vendor has set a high price on the property and will be difficult to achieve. Tenant is still living there and we have to arrange access to prepare for the internet. Hopefully be on the web by next week.
22/2 Nick Bevan: Sending client Sales Agency today. Low key marketing while property still has a tenant
16/2/22 update from nick - Still in touch with Roland. His is a rental with tenants in there until around August 2022. Emailed him again today
15/12 - Nick - Roly has been in contact again and asked a question about selling with the tenant in situ. He may have high expectations regarding the property, but I will am waiting for info on the amount of rent he is receiving - KS
23/9 Roland has a lease in place until approx August 2022. I have advised him he would be best to hold until then and sell vacant. I will review in June 2022 and see how the market is travelling them. I am waiting on confirmation from him regarding lease end dates and the weekly rent

I have undertaken to stay in touch with him and give him an update about 2 months before the end of the lease.
