Thank you for your email. Two agents did get in touch and I explained to them that we were in the process of deciding on one of two ways forward for the property.
My wife and I decided over the weekend that I will buy her out of the property and hence would not be engaging an agent at this time. The process is quicker and the bank has already given me the greenlight to proceed.
I would like to thank you for reaching out and the effort you put into this.
