Overview The Tonkin Drive / Pinjarra Road development site is made up of 16 individually owned blocks of land comprising 34.0189 Ha in area which is the subject of a Local Structure Plan which has been drafted and submitted for approval including a full complement of completed studies as was required to have been conducted. Of these 16 Blocks, we are offering 7 blocks which are contiguous to one another and make a single, integrated offering for development. These 7 blocks comprise 15.13 Ha in total but one of the owners intends to retain ownership of the front portion of Lots 126 and 127 with a combined area of approximately 2.07 Ha leaving a net development area of 13.06 Ha We are inviting Expressions of Interest on the purchase of these seven blocks together as a whole or individually.
