I had to withdraw this property.
The vendor was adamant that the property was able to be developed, but unfortunate it wasn’t due to a change in the planning rules.
The vendor would not come to terms with this, and she was very difficult to work with.
I would call her constantly without being able to get an answer, and then she would accuse me of not calling her. Very strange.
Sorry I could not help with this one in the end.
