1/02/2023 - Jennifer - reply to FU: I did not sell my property in the end and have decided that now is not the right time.
15/06/2022 - Kathy AD: The Sellers were not happy with they price I valued the property at at the time on the 20/9/2021. They were chasing a lot higher price which i did not see it at unfortunately. They decided to keep renting it I believe.
27/10/2021 - UD to Brock:Did not get listing17/09/2021 - Kathy: I have spoken with Jennifer and her partner. I have emailed them a proposal and I am going to view the property next week. They are unsure at this stage on what they want to do. I will keep you posted if I list it.
