David: My sister Margaret has decided to take her accountant’s advice to hold the the property at least until she retires.
16/09/2021 - Clancy: One of my agents has been speaking with this bloke a few weeks ago. I know as I was asked by this agent to look at the site with him to discuss the client's opinion of putting units on it. It's doable but not viable to do so in my opinion.
We have rejected this lead for this reason. If we end up getting the listing I will provide such evidence at the time of so. The fact he is reaching out looking for other agents means he will likely go elsewhere anyway I imagine.
