29/06/2022 - Listed on REA, Domain, Homely with referred agent, Kylie Lawson from Explore Property Burdekin (Ayr)
GREG - I have had discussions with Kylie but there are hold ups of supply of timber for maintenance now looking towards end of March early April.Hi Natalie, I am meeting with Kylie around end of November but no-one else yet just getting outside of the 3 units painted but will probably want to talk to some more.
Already spoken to local agent & OA - checking with one agent if they will look at it. No one else looks' after area -
Greg - yes Kylie Lawson has been in touch with me and we will catch up in October.
KYLIE - I spoke with Greg initially and he did not want an appraisal at that stage as he is completing works at the property. He is going to get in touch once the works have been completed.
