NR DEC 22 - ROSS NOTED BACJ & FORTH WITH THE DEVELOPER AND HE HAS NOTHING TO SELL NOW - SOUNDED LIKE THEY SOLD OUR BOUGHT THEM BACK - CLOSE OFF.
Careful with this one - let me identify which units are on sale thru non referred agent, our client only owns 3 of them - I have a feeling the developer has engaged NON REFERRED agent to sell the rest
