26/11/2021 - Marianne: Got them a great price Mark in a multi offer situation. 14 days finance and 7 day pest & building. Will let you know when uncon
22/10/2021 - Marianne: Still FU but Suzan had a death in the family recently so on hold for a short while
13/10/2021 - Nicole: Suzan is still waiting to see if her tenant is leaving 08/11 or staying longer, she does not want to sell with tenant in place.
22/09/2021 - Nicle: Nice chat with Suzan, she seems to be realistic on Brisbane market. Tenancy does not expire until Nov. She will make decision based around tenants intentions. I will touch base with her again next month.
21/09/2021 - Marianne: 21-9 left message for Suzan Will follow up tomorrow if call not returned. Her unit is on top floor southern side corner position with study nook. I have excellent knowledge of the complex and various floor plans and what they are fetching in current market
