12/10 *** Hi Vicki, I had a call from Rob over the weekend and he has decided not to sell at this stage, instead he?s going to rent the property for 6-12 months (he already has as tenants in mind) after which time he should be able to travel freely between Qld and Vic, once he?s able to do that he?ll come back and get things sorted, he naturally wants to be here so he can take charge of the situation regarding the property. I?ve contacted the agents already to advise them of his decision, kind regards, Gail.
