Chris: Apologies I had forgotten to cc you into the appraisal.
As mentioned previously, Simon is quite some time off being close to selling by the looks if indeed he even does proceed. There is quite a large amount of machinery, old equipment etc that has been left in a lot of the sheds that he will need to confirm what he is doing with – if he decides to stay or go. Simon had achieved quite a large sale through his previous farm (about $2.1M I believe), so he is quite unsure what to do with himself!
