PROPERTY TAKEN OVER BY THE BANK SO A MP SALE - WREA NOT INVOLVED
HUDITH - Good timing as I was about to email another update of sorts.
Spoke with Sean at length yesterday as he already has one rep going through after work today.
Sean admits he has a lot of work to do prior to listing. Think he is right as I drove past today & abundance of very long weeds for starters.
Told him I recently sold 20A St George, discussed market/services. We agreed it would be preferable to get second (my) appraisal once he is closer to market ready.
Apparently he has not lived there for quite awhile – Leak caused ceiling to fall in, gear everywhere, much to do re clean up.
I have just returned to office & about to contact him again re drive by & staying in touch. Little cheapie (asbestos) but suit first home buyers trying to get out of rent cycle so worth chasing....
Back in week or two so still in with a chance.
