6/10/2021 - Bec; Regarding this lead, I had placed it in our CRM system, and noticed we had a prior relationship with Jason's ex. Vanessa from Mckean Mcgregor has already attended the home. This was months ago. We have evidence of this contact directly, therefore this lead will not be actioned via your company, and I will not provide an appraisal for Jason. I have informed him that his ex has already had contact with Vanessa, Thanks.
