5/10 Nader called to say he appraised, he went to house on Monday, three single guys staying there, presentation poor, only a 3 bedroom house with an extra room with no doors, house is dated, she wants $880k to get that price and that is high, she needs to get tenants out, repaint, tidy the gardens, etc he will keep in touch.
