18/02/2022 - Rohan: I see the property is now on the market with their managing agent.
10/12/2021 - Rohan: I think it will be a while until it comes on the market as the tenant is still there. There has been not tidying up done as yet. I will also be keeping an eye on it.
8/12/2021 - Rohan: The owners have listed with their management office. The owners were very hot and cold throughout the process and did not turn up to our scheduled in office appraisal meeting.
3/11/2021 - Rohan: Meeting with the owners today at 12noon. I will let you know of the outcome when known.28/10/2021 - Rohan: Meeting with the owners in office on Wednesday 3rd November 2021.
