19/10/21 ** Spoke to Mr Kent and he said his family have outvoted him regarding selling, his two daughters and son in law voted that they wish to knock down and build duplex with granny flat after he dies. He will not move unless he sells but he asked for a call back in the new year. Vicki

8/10 Spoke to Client said that my agent quoted him the lowest $250k lower, Todd gave him appraisal, Paul met up and spoke to him gave him honest opinion, noted 1.7-1.9 Auction, thinks the daughter is pulling the strings and thinks they may just go for the highest quote, also spoke about knocking down and building.
6/10 Paul: I am seeing Lucian tomorrow at 1.00pm.
