PAUL - Thanks for your follow-up this morning regarding 3/64 Ivanhoe Street, Bassendean. 
Initially I did manage to make contact with the owner Martin, however nothing eventuated in regards to arranging a time to meet for an appraisal. 
I followed-up with Martin twice but heard nothing back. 
 I wasn’t going to hassle him any further. He has our contact details if he wishes to take the next step but for now I am leaving it as-is.
