3/8 Nick: I have left several messages for Kate. I'm not sure that they're still considering selling. I drove past earlier this week and it didn't look like they have done anything further to the house. May be worthwhile for one of you to give her a call.

I met up with Kate and Mark a few weeks ago to look at their place. The meeting went really well. They still have a fir few things to do before being market ready. I just called Kate and she said they’ll probably only be ready around March or April. I said I’ll check in with them again in Jan/ Feb.
